Custom Builds
Do you build custom one-off work, or only sell kits?
Both. We sell kits and parts off the shelf, and we take on full custom builds in the shop — air-ride suspensions, body drops, frame stretching, custom visors, mirror brackets and hood ornaments.
For anything custom, start with the quote form so we get your truck details and photos up front. That's what we price from.
What trucks do you work on?
Peterbilt, Kenworth and Freightliner. Those are the platforms we know inside out and design our parts around. If you are running something else, call the shop and ask — we will tell you straight whether we can help.
How do I get a price for a custom build?
Fill in the quote form with your truck's year, make and model, what you want done, and a few photos. The more detail you give us, the closer the number will be.
We review it and come back to you with a price. There is no charge for the quote.
Can you stretch my frame?
Yes — but frame stretching is an in-house install only. It is not something we ship as a kit. Your truck comes to the shop in Merced for that work.
Parts & Kits
Will a kit fit my truck?
Each product lists the trucks it fits. If your year or model is not listed, or you are unsure, message us with your truck details before you order and we will confirm.
We would rather answer a question up front than have you fitting the wrong part.
Do I need a shop to install your kits?
It depends on the kit and on your setup. Air-ride and body-drop work is serious fabrication and is best done by someone who has done it before — we install in-house if you want it done here. Smaller parts like visors, mirror brackets and hood ornaments are far more straightforward.
Do you keep everything in stock?
Some items are on the shelf and some are made to order — the product page tells you which, along with a lead time where one applies. If you need something by a particular date, tell us and we will be honest about whether it is doable.
Shipping & Pickup
Can I pick up my order at the shop?
Yes. Local pickup at the shop in Merced, California is available — 3291 N. Beachwood Dr., Merced, CA 95348.
Call ahead so Dave or Rafa is on the floor when you arrive.
Do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship within the United States at a flat rate, shown in your basket before you pay:
• $500 on most orders • $450 on leaf springs • Plus $400 once if your order includes any extras
The $400 is charged once per order, however many extras you pick. Local pickup at the Merced shop is free — choose it in your basket and the shipping charge comes off.
We do not ship internationally.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time — we ship domestically within the US only.
Payment & Warranty
Do you take a deposit on custom work?
Yes — custom builds run on a 50% deposit, with the balance due on completion. The deposit is what books your slot and covers materials, so we start ordering once it lands.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. These are custom and made-to-order parts, so we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Is there a warranty on your parts?
Metal fabrication parts carry a 1-year warranty. Full terms are on the Warranty page.
Do you offer wholesale or dealer pricing?
No — we sell direct only. No wholesale accounts, no dealer tiers.
Do you offer financing or payment plans?
No. Parts are paid at checkout, and custom builds run on the 50% deposit plus balance on completion.

Visits are by appointment. Call ahead and we will make sure someone is there to walk you through it.
Who am I dealing with?
Brothers David and Rafael Arroyo. It is a family shop, building custom rigs since 2006.
