Shipping Policy
Build time before shipping
Everything we sell is fabricated to order, so your order ships when your parts come off the bench:
- Available parts — about 2 weeks.
- Out-of-stock parts — about 30 days.
- Special-order parts — quoted on the product page (for example, custom-valved King Shocks run about 2 months).
Build times start when your payment is confirmed. If something on our end pushes your order past its window, we'll reach out.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat rate and is shown in your basket before you pay — there is no separate invoice afterwards.
- $500 on most orders.
- $450 on leaf springs.
- Add $400 if your order includes any extras. This is charged once per order, however many extras you choose.
Local pickup at the Merced shop is free. Choose it in your basket and the shipping charge is removed.
These rates are for delivery within the United States. We do not ship internationally.
Carriers
Parcel-sized parts ship primarily via UPS. Once your order ships, domestic transit typically runs 3–8 business days.
Oversized items — body drop kits, air-ride kits, leaf springs — move by freight. Freight deliveries need someone present to receive and inspect the shipment.
Delivery requirements
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
- Inspect every shipment on arrival. If anything is damaged, note it with the driver and contact us within 48 hours with photos — see our Refund & Return Policy.
Picking up or installing instead?
Local pickup and installation are available by appointment — contact the shop to schedule before you order.
