Warranty
Arroyo Custom Rigs warrants its metal fabrication parts for one (1) year from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What’s covered
Manufacturing and fabrication defects on metal-fab parts we build.
What’s not covered
Normal wear, corrosion from lack of maintenance, damage from accidents or misuse, and improper installation (parts not installed by our shop). Finishes and hardware from third-party suppliers carry their own coverage.
Making a claim
Send us your order details and photos of the issue through our contact form, or call the shop.
Who it covers
The original purchaser, for one year from the date of purchase. The warranty stays with the person who bought the part; it does not transfer if the truck or the part is sold on.
What we will do
If a part we fabricated fails through a defect in our materials or workmanship inside the year, we will repair or replace it at our option and at no charge for the part. That is the full remedy under this warranty.
It does not cover labour: removing the part, reinstalling it, or any shop time that is not ours. It does not cover downtime, lost loads, lost income, towing, or any other consequential cost — see the limitation of liability in our Terms of Service.
Making a claim, and when
Contact us as soon as you notice the problem and stop using the part. Send your order details and clear photos through our contact form, or call the shop. Do not modify, cut, re-drill or repair the part before we have seen it — we cannot assess a defect in a part that has been altered.
Shipping damage is a different thing on a much shorter clock: report it within 48 hours of delivery, as set out in our Refund & Return Policy.
How this sits with "all sales are final"
All sales being final means we do not take returns or exchanges because a part is no longer wanted, or because it was ordered against the wrong specs. It has never meant you are stuck with a defect. If we built it wrong, that is ours to fix.
