Terms of Service

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Arroyo Custom Rigs website and any purchase of parts, kits, or custom services. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or order.

Products & fitment

Listings, fitment notes, and specs are provided to the best of our knowledge, but you are responsible for verifying compatibility with your specific truck before ordering — especially on custom-fabricated parts built to the specs you give us at checkout.

Installation & safety

These are aftermarket and custom parts for heavy-duty trucks. They must be installed by a qualified mechanic familiar with these systems. We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or unqualified work; the buyer and installer are responsible for the roadworthiness of the finished truck. Installation at our shop is available by appointment onlyschedule with us before ordering.

Pricing & payment

All prices are in U.S. dollars and payment is due in full at checkout. If a pricing error slips through, we may correct it — including after an order is placed — and we'll contact you before charging anything different from what you approved.

Orders, cancellations & shipping

Ordering, cancellation, refund, and delivery terms are set out in our Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy, which are part of these terms. In short: custom work enters fabrication when payment clears, and all sales are final.

Our content

Everything on this site — photos of our builds, product photography, the logo, and the written content — belongs to Arroyo Custom Rigs. Don't copy, reuse, or redistribute it without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Don't use this site to break the law, access accounts that aren't yours, interfere with how the site runs, or place false orders or fraudulent disputes.

Warranty

Except for our one-year warranty on metal-fab parts and the defect window in the Refund & Return Policy, parts are provided as-is. We don't warrant fitment with modifications or non-standard builds that weren't disclosed when ordering.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Arroyo Custom Rigs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost income or downtime — and our total liability is limited to what you paid for the part.

Indemnification

You agree to hold Arroyo Custom Rigs harmless from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from misuse of our products, improper installation, or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; changes take effect when posted here. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.

Questions

Where disputes are handled

These terms are governed by California law, and any dispute is to be brought in the state or federal courts serving Merced County, California. Both of us agree to that venue.

Delays outside our control

Fabrication lead times are estimates that depend on material supply and shop capacity. We are not liable for delays caused by things outside our reasonable control — supplier shortages, carrier disruption, fire, flood, power loss, labour action or government action. If your order is going to miss its window we will contact you.

Electronic communications

Ordering from this site means you agree to receive order confirmations, invoices, shipping notices and replies by email, and that those satisfy any requirement that a communication be in writing.

Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with our Refund & Return Policy, Shipping Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us about the site and your order, and they replace anything said beforehand.
